First Phase
Orphanage and Farm
So many displaced children in Kenya are without family. Here they are loved and valued and taught to live in a community and provide for their needs together on the farm.

Come and Stay with Us
In addition to staying with us, we can take care of your full African Itinerary needs including , hotels, transport, safari, Gorilla Trekking, Victoria Falls, Mombasa beaches, Mount Kilimanjaro.
We offer groups the opportunity to come and stay with us and help build this community through labor and/or their talents. This is also open to individuals looking for a GAP year or part of a self-reflection time.
We have opportunities to host retreats and residencies for artists, writers and musicians.
Second Phase
School
Our school educates our children as well as those living nearby as we engage as a community together.
Wildlife Rehab
Our animal orphanage is a place for children to connect with nature and care for wildlife.
Come Visit and Stay
Our work is financed through the proceeds from our guest accommodations in our nearby Bed & Breakfast and from generous donations.

We aim to cultivate a vibrant community in our home and those we support outside our home to embrace curiosity, creativity and mutual support.

By integrating education, farming, wildlife rehabilitation, and community engagement, Dragonfly Sanctuary provides a holistic environment where children and the community thrive together.
